27/9/2011, The Water Meter Production Base of Zhejiang Younio ( Zhejiang Younio Water Supply Equipment Co., Ltd) standed alone and set up a wholly-owned subsidiary - Wenling Younio. (Wenling Younio Water Meter Co., Ltd), whose registered capital is RMB30 million.

08/12/2011, Zhejiang Younio signed an official agreement with Jiangxi Sanchuan which state that Jiangxi Sanchuan will be controlling shareholder and bring Wenling Younio going public.

01/01/2012, Wenling Younio start to run And we are planning to be the biggest water meter export base in China within next three years.

Wenling Younio. Covers an area of more than 5000 square meters with a staff of more than 150, owning design and R&D center, accessories production center, whole machine production center, inspection and testing center. We are now capable of producing about 2 million pieces water meters annual. We have successively passed the certificate of ISO9001: 2008 Quality System Certification, the certificate of ISO14001: 2004 Environmental Management System Certification and the certificate of GB/T 28001: 2001 Occupational health and safety management system certification.
